One such important government organization is CENTRAL POLLUTION CONTROL BOARD (CPCB). While establishing a new firm, Environment clearance is required followed by applying for its ‘Consent to Establish’ and ‘Consent to operate’. One of the important and very common norms is to follow And maintain Water Act, 1974, Section-17(2) defines the function of state board and Air Act, 1981, Section -17(2) defines the function of state board.

Scope at Gatih Consultancy

We at Gatih Consultancy provide end to end facilities starting from establishment of an Industry, hotel, hospitals, etc. getting NOC for there operations and then meeting up the mandatory clause mentioned in compliances issued by CECB and maintaining them.
Applying and issuing of EC , CTE, CTO.
* Preparation of six month compliance report for EC.
* Monitoring of Air, water , Noise as per CPCB with ISO 17025 standards.
* Installation of ETP/STP.
* NOC and renewal of CTO.
* NOC for with drawing ground water from CGWA.
* Installation of Telemetry Meter and Piezometor
(As suggested by CGWA)

Audit Reports

As asked by CECB audit reports of all the units should be audited by reputed Institutions like IIT,NIT, etc. within six month of time interval after issuing of there CTO.

We Gatih Consultancy is associated by Jadavpur University, Kolkata to conduct the audits.
